Delete it in the app
Open Lovemaxx while you are signed in, then choose Delete account:
- Settings. The button sits under Sign out.
- Subscription screen. The same button sits under Sign out if you have not subscribed yet.
- Create a Couple. The same button sits under Sign out if you have Lovemaxx Pro and have not created a Couple yet.
Confirm the prompt. Lovemaxx permanently deletes your account and profile. If you are in a Couple, that Couple ends and its shared Love history is permanently deleted. Your partner's account stays.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Lovemaxx account leaves an App Store subscription in place. Cancel that subscription before or after you delete the account: on iPhone, open Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
Sign in with Apple
If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Lovemaxx under Settings, your name, Sign in with Apple.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@lovemaxx.app from the Apple or Google address you used to sign in. Use the subject "Delete my Lovemaxx account". We delete the account and the profile tied to that sign-in, and we reply when it is done.
